Jason Heine is from Vancouver BC and is currently a Geological Engineering student at University of British Columbia. Jason is an avid outdoorsman and spends summers in Whistler where he enjoys educating guests on global environment issues, sustainable initiatives being taken, local trees/vegetation, and animals native to the region. He has spent a tremendous amount of time observing the behavior of elk, whitetail deer, mule deer, blacktail deer, and black bear. He treasures the time he has spent observing these animals, whether it has been through binoculars or a camera lens. He actively pursues photographing wildlife/nature, mountain biking, and event photography.
